RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations/returns.
Due to the extremely limited nature of our products, all sales are final. Orders can not be cancelled, changed or modified once they have been placed. Please ensure all info is correct before submitting your order.
INCORRECT ORDERS
If for any reason we mess up and send you the wrong item, you have up to 5 business days to let us know. At that time we will make sure you get your goods!
SHIPPING AND ORDERS
All domestic orders (U.S.) take 1-2 business days to process and 3-7 days to ship and deliver via USPS. Delivery times vary depending on carrier and location. Please allow for additional time during peak/holiday periods and now, with delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Customers are responsible for any import fees, customs, duties, taxes, and any additional costs associated with importing to their respective country.
We ask for your patience on all international orders as customs takes some time to process for foreign countries and may affect delivery times accordingly. Thank you.
